Terms & Conditions
The Cabin is suitable up to 4 persons and up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Dogs are charged at £7 per day per dog.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in time 4pm – 10pm
Check-out time 10am
Minimum stay of 2 nights.
If you require late check in or check out, please contact us in advance.
General Rules

Please be respectful to our home.

Dogs should be kept on lead at all times on or off the property. This is due to young children, poultry and sheep nearby.

No smoking.

Do not have open fires inside or on the patio of the cabin.

No disposable BBQ are allowed anywhere on the property.

Do not move internal furniture as this will cause damage to the wood floor.

No dogs on the beds as extra cleaning charges will apply. We are happy for dogs to sit on the sofa but please use the blanket provided.
Damage of the property
We clean and inspect the cabin before each guest. On departure please leave the cabin as tidy as possible.
Additional charges will be incurred for any damage to the cabin or for excessive cleaning.
We do reserve the right to charge for damage that would not be considered as a result from normal wear and tear with any additional costs that may be incurred.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 24 hours of booking and over 28 days from check in date, 100% refund

Cancellation within 28 and no less than 14 days of check in, 50% refund.

Cancellation within 14 days of check in, no refund.

Any refunds will only be made onto the original paying card used.
Insurance
We recommend that you purchase appropriate holiday cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
Users’ Risk
The use of amenities we provide at the property is solely at your own risk and we do not accept responsibility for any injuries to persons, loss or damage to any belongings. We shall have no liability for death, personal injury, damage or loss of personal property (including motor vehicles), of you and your party whilst you are staying in the property.
Liability & Cancellation by Us
If the cabin is unsuitable for renting due to damage from eg. fire, storm, interruption of utility supplies ect. We reserve the right to cancel your booking. We will refund your money in full and you shall have no further claim against us. If we are unable to make the property available through any other reasons we will provide as much notice as possible and will refund any monies paid in full and our liability is limited to the refunding of such payment. We do not accept any liability for compensation or refunds for part or full loss of your holiday.
Right of entry
We reserve the right to enter the property at a time agreed with you to carry out any repairs or maintenance.
We reserve the right to enter the property if there is suspicion of the property being damaged.
Noise
The property is situated on the family grounds. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm in the outdoor areas in respect for the owners of the property.
